​In Episode 24 of Hats Off to Bake Off we try out a Technical Challenge that neither of us had baked before! Technical Challenge stress is definitely real!

We were tasked to make 12 Eccles Cakes (recipe below) with no prior knowledge about these tasty parcels and both came out with vastly different bakes.
